About

Trevor Scott is a young Catholic composer currently residing in Virginia. After studying Jazz theory and composition for about eight years, he went on to study composition at the Catholic University of America before transferring to Christendom College, where he studied Theology. For two years he conducted the Christendom Chamber Ensemble, who would routinely perform concerts comprised in large part of his original pieces written for the ensemble.

Trevor's composition repertoire takes inspiration from a variety of styles. The most notable among these are scores for films and video games, but the Renaissance and Romantic periods also have had great influence on his musical style.

Trevor is currently teaching music to grades 1-12 at John Paul the Great Montessori Academy in Front Royal, VA.
